How can I find the product I am looking for?

Starting from the Home Page, you have several options:

How quickly will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and we offer a next working day delivery service through UPS. – 

If you order with us before 12pm on a working day (Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays) we will dispatch your order the same day.

If you order after 12pm on a working day, we still aim to dispatch same day but unfortunately can’t guarantee it. In this instance your order will be dispatched the next working day, for delivery the next working day after that.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide.

What is the cost of delivery?

The cost for delivery is as follows –

United Kingdom – Free for all orders

Europe – 5 EUR or free for every order over 200 EUR. 

Worldwide - £15.

What if I’m not in when you deliver?

The courier will either drop your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. We will leave a calling card to let you know that our courier has visited you.

What is your returns policy?

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Glen Isla product, product you can return it to us within 28 days as long as it is unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing tags, etc. If you would like to return your product, please email and we will send across a returns form. 

Where should I send my returns?

Returns should be sent to Glen Isla, Buccleuch Mills, Langholm, Scotland, DG13 0ES. Please note that this will be at your own cost.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has not been dispatched, you can cancel your order. Just send across an email to with your order number in the heading.

Why do you want my email / telephone details?

We ask for these details so we can contact you in case there’s a problem with your order. Although it very rarely happens, if we have an issue with delivery, we need to be able to contact the customer to resolve it. 

We will also ensure that you are the first to know of our special Glen Isla offers and latest news via email, including our new season collection sneak peaks, sale information and future collaborations.

We will never share your email addresses or telephone numbers with other companies.

My order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery time frame. What happens now?

Currently, we are unable to offer this service. However, it is something we are hoping to launch soon.

On filling my cart, am I obliged to buy?

Not at all. You can make all the trial runs you want and then choose not to enter your order even though you have added products to the "shopping bag".
